Position Overview:
We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) with a passion for inside sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2C sales and experience working in sectors like hospitality, hotels, or restaurants. As a VRM, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships virtually, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to build lasting relationships.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored product/service solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer database and ensure accurate CRM entries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and service quality in all interactions.
