Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects and services.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer leads and update call records regularly.
Build positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Key Skills Required
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Tamil (or regional language).
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
