Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Steel Fixers to work on construction projects in Gulf countries. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling, cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement bars (rebars) for concrete structures while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, bend, and tie steel reinforcement bars according to project specifications and drawings.
Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and bar bending schedules.
Install steel bars for columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and other structures.
Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and anchoring of steel reinforcement.
Collaborate with other construction team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Steel Fixer / Rebar Fixer (2-5 years) in construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
Knowledge of reinforcement techniques, tying methods, and steel handling.
Physical stamina to work on construction sites, often at heights or in challenging conditions.
Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage.
Willingness to work in Gulf countries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in construction safety or steel fixing.
Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
