Manage site staff, labour teams, and subcontractors effectively.
Handle labour relations and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Ensure material availability, stock management, and proper utilization at the site.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain site safety standards and compliance with regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
Monitor costs and minimize wastage of resources.
Ensure project deadlines are met as per schedule.
