Job Summary
Valueazd Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage site activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, engineering, and on-site management, coupled with the ability to lead and coordinate with teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision

Oversee day-to-day operations and activities at the construction/project site.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Project Execution

Interpret and implement technical drawings, designs, and plans.
Monitor progress against project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
Coordination

Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely work execution.
Quality Assurance

Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
Document and report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager.
Resource Management

Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, effectively.
Track inventory and oversee procurement of materials needed for the project.
Safety Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct safety briefings and regular audits to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
