Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Shuttering Carpenters to join construction projects in Gulf countries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in carpentry work related to concrete formwork, shuttering, and scaffolding, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct, assemble, and dismantle formwork/shuttering for concrete structures (slabs, beams, columns, foundations).
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials as per project specifications.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and project requirements.
Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (2–5 years) in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of shuttering techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity to work on construction sites.
Familiarity with safety standards and use of PPE.
Willingness to work in Gulf countries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in carpentry or construction work.
Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
