Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the
assigned regions.
 Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including business
associates and channel partners.
 Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s
client and channel network.
 Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth
opportunities, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
 Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring mutually rewarding
agreements.
 Strategically penetrate the open market and drive maximum channel acquisition to
strengthen market presence.
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of
projects and superior customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Expertise
 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on the builder
segment.
 Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, dynamics,
and buyer behaviour.
 Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong leadership acumen with a results-oriented approach.
 Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive
environment.
 Flexibility and enthusiasm for extensive travel within the designated regions.
Educational Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory
