Job Summary
Urban Standz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. You will act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they find the right real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and close sales transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and property launches.
Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate sales records and client data in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
2 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
