Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and provide occupational therapy interventions for children with autism and related developmental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to track progress and adjust therapy goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and client progress.
Provide training and guidance to caregivers for at-home exercises and therapy continuation.
Ensure therapy delivery aligns with organizational standards and ethical practices.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy practices and interventions.
Experience in working with children with autism or developmental challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to client needs.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
1 to 5 years of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
