We are currently looking for a NPD Engineer for our fastener manufacturing

Position: NPD Engineer
Experience:
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in fasteners manufacturing, preferably in screws,
bolts, and forging products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new fastener products as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Design and modify screws, bolts, and other fastener components.
- Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.

- Coordinate with production, tool room, and quality departments for new product
development.
- Analyze product feasibility, tooling requirements, and manufacturing processes.
- Support sample development, prototyping, and product validation.
- Maintain technical documentation related to NPD projects.
- Ensure product design meets customer requirements and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of fasteners products (screws, bolts, nuts).
- Understanding of forging and cold forming processes.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD / design software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
