e are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher with excellent communication skills and a foundational understanding of IT concepts. In this role, you will assist in handling basic technical support tasks, learn to troubleshoot issues, and ensure our end-users have a smooth and productive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide first-level support by responding to basic IT-related queries from internal users.
Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing hardware and software issues, offering basic troubleshooting steps and escalating as needed.
System Maintenance: Support regular maintenance tasks for systems, including updates, backups, and general housekeeping.
User Assistance: Guide users on how to use specific software or resolve common issues, ensuring an easy and positive experience.
Documentation: Maintain logs of support activities, including resolutions and steps taken, to build a knowledge base.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT team members, assisting on various projects and learning on the job.
