Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients and prospects.
Present company products/services in a professional and engaging manner.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and interactions in CRM systems.
Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US/UK/Australian accent preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good listening skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with sales and customer service principles.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office / CRM software.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in international calling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
