Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute strategic sales plans to fuel business expansion.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team,setting ambitious yet achievable
targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with Real Estate sector.
Drive B2B partnerships, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to fine-tune sales tactics.
Ensure seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the B2B sales expertise.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
A history of achieving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
Strong negotiation and communication prowess.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Assist the GM in leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team.
Monitor daily performance, ensure productivity, and help team members achieve targets.
Facilitate training, guidance, and support for improving team capabilities
B2B Sales & Partnerships
Support in identifying and developing B2B partnership opportunities.
Strengthen channel network, drive partner engagement, and ensure regular
communication.
Assist in expanding the B2B pipeline through effective networking and collaboration.

Experience 8 - 10 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 12 Lac P.A.
