Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations of our hotel in Chitrakoot. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office activities, manage staff, handle guest relations, and ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily front office operations including reception, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high service standards
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve guest complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservation systems
Maintain accurate guest records and billing processes
Prepare daily reports and handle cash management procedures
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests
