🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations of Maa Mandakini Hotel & Resort. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and must ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent guest service.
🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room bookings (online & offline)
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain guest records and billing details
Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions
Ensure proper documentation (ID proof, register entries, etc.)
Manage cash handling and daily reports
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk
🎓 Required Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office)
Knowledge of hotel software (if any) will be an advantage
💼 Experience:
Fresher can apply
1-2 years experience in hotel front office preferred
💡 Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Pleasant personality and grooming
Customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in shifts
👔 Other Requirements:
Must be polite, disciplined, and responsible
Ability to handle pressure during peak time
Local candidates preferred
