Job Overview
AGNI TECH is seeking skilled CNC & VMC Machine Operators to support our production operations. The ideal candidates should have experience operating CNC/VMC machines and maintaining production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC & VMC machines efficiently for production work
Monitor machining processes and ensure quality output
Load/unload materials and set up tools & fixtures
Maintain machine safety standards and follow SOPs
Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Meet daily production targets
Eligibility Criteria
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
Experience in CNC/VMC machine operation preferred
Freshers with technical training may apply
Basic understanding of machine drawings & measurements
Ability to work in shifts and production environment
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: 13,000 per 8-hour shift
12-hour shift earnings: 20,000 22,000 per month (with overtime)
Production Incentive: 2,000/month
Attendance Incentive: 1,000/month
