Job Summary:
Centrix Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineers with expertise in structural designing and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to efficiently plan resources and manage project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare structural designs and drawings using AutoCAD in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Plan, supervise, and execute on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate manpower planning and allocate resources efficiently for project milestones.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual specifications.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on project progress.
Handle on-site problem-solving and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in civil structural design and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural designing software.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and project management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
