Job Summary:
Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers with strong expertise in lead generation, B2B marketing, and sales. Candidates with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be given preference. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads for pharmaceutical products and services.
Develop and implement effective B2B marketing and sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales deals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory Skills: Lead Generation, B2B Marketing, B2B Sales.
Preferred: Pharma Industry Experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: B.Pharma or Any Master��s Degree.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales/business development (pharma background preferred).
