Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our BPO operations team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into business opportunities while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Follow the companys calling scripts and compliance guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a BPO environment preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and work towards achieving targets.
Good listening skills and customer-oriented mindset.
